Q: How does the free transfer work for .uk domains?: A: You transfer the domain to us for free and simply pay the renewal fee on its next due date.
Q: Will I lose out on any period already paid if I transfer a domain?: A: For .uk we offer a free transfer. For all other domains with the exception of .eu, transfer adds a full year to the registration period so you don't lose out any period already paid.
Q: Should I wait with transfers until my expiry date?: A: No. With the exception of .eu, you don't lose any period already paid with transfers so we'd recommend to transfer your domain as soon as you're ready to sign up with us.
Q: Can I buy a domain now and add hosting later?: A: Yes, of course. Just order the domain now and contact our helpdesk later when you are ready to add hosting.
Q: Do you offer DNS management on domains?: A: Only if you also have a hosting package with us. We're sorry that we can't offer DNS management on domains only.
