Q: I am not a reseller but need a bigger package - are these suitable?: A: Yes. "Reseller package" simply means that you have control over creating, managing and deleting websites on the server. These packages are ideal for anyone with 2+ sites (or even just 1 large site). In addition to the usual cPanel you'll also get access to WHM from where you can manage your sites.
Q: Can I upgrade my package?: A: You can upgrade at any time to a higher package via our client area. Upgrades are applied pro-rata so you don't get charged twice.
Q: Where are you located?: A: The servers are located in a secure UK data centre (Gyron data centre, Hemel Hempstead). Our office is in Norwich, UK.
Q: I'd like to register my domain myself. Can I do this?: A: Yes, you can use any domain registrar of your choice and then point the DNS address to us (we can help).
Q: What is a Shared SSL Certificate?: A: The shared SSL can be used by any site on the server and uses the URL format https://servername.terrassl.net/~account.
