- What if I want to upgrade?
- You can upgrade at any time to a higher package via our client area. Upgrades are applied pro-rata so you don't get charged twice.
- What is the difference between shared and full SSL Certificate?
- The shared SSL can be used by any site on the server and uses the URL format https://servername.terrassl.net/~account. A full SSL is only used by your site and uses your own domain throughout.
- Were are you located?
- The servers are located in secure UK data centres. Our office is in Wroxham, Norfolk, UK.
- I'd like to register my domain myself. Can I do this?
- Yes, you can use any domain registrar of your choice and then simply repoint the DNS address to us.
- I'm not a reseller but need a bigger package - are the Enterprise packages suitable?
- Yes, Reseller package simply means you have control over creating, managing and deleting websites on the server. It gives you more control and is ideal for anybody with 2+ sites or resource-intensive sites.
- Can I install my own SSL Certificate?
- Yes, just order the Dedicated IP Address from us and you can then install your own certificate.
- What does "my own nameserver" mean?
- Instead of using our nameservers, you can choose to have your own nameservers with your own brand name.
