FAQs

Q: Can I buy an SSL Cert from you if I'm not hosted with TerraNetwork?
A: No sorry, we only provide SSL certificates to hosting clients of ours.
Q: Will there be any downtime?
A: Switching a site to a Dedicated IP requires a DNS change which takes 24 hours to propagate. During this time, the server landing page may show.
Q: How are SSLs verified?
A: The SSLs we offer are domain verified. To install the SSL, we will need access to a specific email address on your domain.
Q: Do you offer Business ID SSL Certs?
A: No sorry, due to the documentation requirements we cannot process these. For Business ID Certs just get the Dedicated IP from us and then purchase the cert directly from your chosen provider.
