- Q: Can I upgrade my package?
- A: You can upgrade at any time to a higher package via our client area. Upgrades are applied pro-rata so you don't get charged twice.
- Q: Where are you located?
- A: The servers are located in secure UK data centres (BlueSquare, Telstra). Our office is in Wroxham, Norfolk, UK.
- Q: I'd like to register my domain myself. Can I do this?
- A: Yes, you can use any domain registrar of your choice and then simply repoint the DNS address to us.
- Q: On your Starter, Business and Professional hosting, can I have multiple domain names?
- A: You can add domains to your package either as "addon" (alias) or as "parked domain" (additional domain).
- Q: What is a Shared SSL Certificate?
- A: The shared SSL can be used by any site on the server and uses the URL format https://servername.terrassl.net/~account.
