Q: Can I upgrade my account?
A: You can upgrade at any time via our client area or suport ticket. Upgrades are applied pro-rata so you don't get charged twice.
Q: I'd like to register my domain myself. Can I do this?
A: Yes, you can use any domain registrar of your choice and then simply repoint the DNS address to us (we can help).
Q: Can I have multiple domain names?
A: You can add domains to your package either as "addon" (alias) or as "parked domain" (additional domain).
