FAQs
- What if I want to upgrade?
- You can upgrade at any time to a higher package via our client area. Upgrades are applied pro-rata so you don't get charged twice.
- What is the difference between shared and full SSL Certificate?
- The shared SSL can be used by any site on the server and uses the URL format https://servername.terrassl.net/~account. A full SSL is only used by your site and uses your own domain throughout.
- Were are you located?
- The servers are located in secure UK data centres. Our office is in Wroxham, Norfolk, UK.
- I'd like to register my domain myself. Can I do this?
- Yes, you can use any domain registrar of your choice and then simply repoint the DNS address to us.
- On your Starter and Business hosting, can I have multiple domain names?
- Only as aliases, i.e. several domains pointing to one website. Aliases have no physical presence of their own.
